Welcome to Victoria Greig Beauty Therapy. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These ensure clarity, fairness and a smooth experience for every client.

1. Appointments

• All appointments must be booked in advance through our online booking system.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
• Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full duration of your treatment.
• If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client.

2. Payments

• All bookings require payment in full through the online booking system.
• Payments are processed securely at the time of booking.
• No appointment can be held without payment.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your booking.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours, or failure to attend, are non‑refundable.
• Rescheduling within 24 hours is not permitted and will be treated as a late cancellation.
• Repeated no‑shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

4. Patch Tests

• Patch tests are required for certain treatments (e.g., tinting, lash lifts).
• These must be completed at least 48 hours before your appointment.
• If you arrive without a required patch test, your appointment will be cancelled and the booking fee will not be refunded.

5. Health & Safety

• Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, skin sensitivities or recent treatments.
• Some services may not be suitable depending on your health or medication.
• We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is unsafe to proceed.

6. Children & Guests

• To ensure a calm and safe environment, we kindly ask that you attend your appointment alone unless agreed otherwise.
• Children must not be left unattended in the salon.

7. Refunds

• We do not offer refunds on completed treatments.
• If you have any concerns about your treatment, please contact us within 24 hours so we can assist you.

8. Privacy

• Your personal information is handled securely and never shared for marketing without your consent.
